Tai Chi Revival™

Half-day (3 hour) stress management programme based on simple qigong exercises, gentle physical movements, deep medative breathing & self-massage techniques to provide individuals with the tools to recognise & release physical & mental tension.  Costs from £350.00 (up to 30 people)



Tai Chi Unite™

Half-day (3 hour) team-building programme aims to improve team dynamics by developing flexibility, tolerance, interpersonal  skills & communication; by focusing on the development of coordination, responsiveness & cooperation through partnered work, which is an essential part of Taiji practice.  Participants will learn to work closely with one another without competition & ego as in the true nature of Taiji.  Costs from £350.00 (up to 30 people)



Tai Chi Foundation™

A 1 hour session in the art of Tai Chi or Qigong enables us to become grounded & balanced both physically & mentally with improved co-ordination & posture offering greater flexibility in the joints & muscles. By combining natural, physical movement with relaxed deep breathing, visualization, & mental concentration, we develop a centre of calm awareness and the clarity of thought needed even under the most demanding of situations. Costs from £175.00 (up to 30 people)  Weekly sessions are also available costs depend on number of sessions/people



Lan Shou Stretch

A 1 hour session in this dynamic muscle & tendon power stretching programme helps to lengthen & release muscles & tendons of the body.  Yi, mind intent, is the driver here, not reliance on muscular strength.  Costs from £175.00 (up to 30 people)  Weekly sessions are also available costs depend on number of sessions/people



Seated massage

20-minute break sessions. Try the soothing & relaxing Indian Head Massage, which works the upper back, shoulders/neck, scalp and face releasing stress & tension & improving oxygen flow to the scalp & face.  Alternatively, try the deeper upper back and shoulders massage which works on the major muscles groups to relieve general muscular aches & pains. Knots/tensions are eased & flexibility & fluidity of movement restored.  Done over light clothing.  £20.00 per session.
